You'll learn about what type of teacher you are and how to use your skills to motivate, support and develop students. When you graduate, you'll be qualified to teach science from middle years through to VCE. You will also have specialised science skills that will open even more doors throughout your career.
You'll learn about young people and different learning environments. You'll also discover how to make sure students feel included and supported in the classroom.
Your science subjects are broad and will see you become skilled in environmental science, biology, chemistry, earth science and more.

The science component of the joint degree provides the knowledge, skills and values appropriate for effective scientific investigation and communication, enabling entry into a variety of career options.
