With the Fanshawe Business - Logistics and Supply Chain Management program, you'll be prepared to join private or public sectors in this demanding field.  Through our supply chain management courses you will learn how to analyze using computer software, while nurturing your negotiation skills. You'll cover business theories and put them into practice. Your supply chain management courses will examine material sourcing, transportation methods, inventory, retail management, and analytical techniques. This supply chain management certification is available in a traditional in class format with September, January, February and May admission.

Pathways to a degree in supply chain management 

There are options to transfer to a degree completion program at many other post-secondary institutions or complement your diploma with a graduate certificate offered at Fanshawe College.

This program is recognized by the National Accreditation Program administered by the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of Business – Logistics and Supply Chain Management are prepared to enter the supply chain field in all sectors (e.g., manufacturing, health care, education, transportation, construction, government). Graduates are suited to a variety of entry-level positions, including buyer, purchasing assistant, purchasing officer, purchasing agent, procurement coordinator, procurement specialist, logistics coordinator, logistics dispatcher, inventory specialist, shipper/receiver, transportation planner, transportation scheduler, warehouse supervisor and operations coordinator.
