Focus on personnel psychology

Personal psychology is a part of industrial and organizational psychology or business psychology. She focuses on the experience and behavior of people around her workplace. Personal psychologists diagnose individual behaviors and experiences, influence them through psychological interventions and thus contribute to the success of both the individual and the entire organization. Personnel psychology primarily deals with the topics of personnel search, selection, development, evaluation, management and release. Psychologists support human resource management with their specialist knowledge and work closely with labor lawyers, business economists and human resources experts.
