Our Higher Certificate in Arts in Bar & Restaurant Supervision is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to succeed in the beverage service sector at the very highest international levels. With a combination of theory and hands-on practical learning it’s a pathway to an exciting and rewarding career.

This two year course will empower you to work at either a professional craft or supervisory level in the tourism and hospitality industry.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in all areas of food and beverage, including cocktail and wine knowledge, as well as service.

We also have a dedicated placement office that will assist you in arranging a three-month Summer Work Placement after Year 1 and Year 2, with opportunities to experience the hospitality industry both nationally and internationally.

Whether it’s in a hotel or restaurant, or a bar or club, graduates can embark on exciting and successful careers as sommeliers, managers and mixologists.
