Following a number of high-profile organisational scandals, effective corporate governance and the need for transparency and fairness in business is high on the agenda around the world. As a result, organisations are under more scrutiny than ever, and the pressure is on company secretaries to become more effective in developing good business conduct. This course will give you a more holistic perspective of the governance eco-system and challenges and it will enable you to provide more considered solutions to complex business dilemmas.
You will join a collaborative academic community in an applied business school right in the heart of the city.
