We offer courses with an extra year of integrated study at foundation level enabling you to spend a year developing the knowledge and skills needed before you start your degree with us.
They are a great opportunity if you do not have the required A-levels or equivalent qualification, are changing career or returning to study.
As well as gaining academic knowledge of the principles of business and law, you'll explore the fundamentals of applied numeracy and data handling, life skills, citizenship and how to prepare yourself for studying your honours degree at Brighton.
Successful completion of the foundation year means that you can progress to one of our honours degrees, depending on which foundation year pathway you choose.

University of Brighton Cost of Attendance
- International students who have received a letter of acceptance will need to pay a tuition fee deposit of 1,500 GBP before the university issues a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number, which is required to make a visa application.
- The tuition fee deposit can be paid by the students online or through bank transfer service partnered with western union, so international students can pay their deposit in their local currency.
