Our master's degree in International Human Resource Management offers the opportunity to focus on cultural and management issues at international level.

Gain an understanding of core business concepts and learn about the role of organisations in the changing global environment with this MA in International Human Resource Management. We offer a general business education and teach the ethical responsibilities of policy makers in an international context.

You'll study areas including Organisational Behaviour, International and Comparative Employment Relations, Equality and Diversity Management, Management of Human Resources, and a new course in Professional Practice. You receive a six-month mentoring programme with a HR professional, and take a research project, which allows you to explore a specific area of interest in more detail.
