Why study this at Greenwich?
Course structure
This Master's degree will provide you with knowledge of supply chain networks which may be designed for services or manufacturing and be global or domestic in scale. This includes the functions of procurement, production, distribution and customer service, and a diverse range of designs and structures.
The demand for postgraduate qualifications in logistics and supply chain management (SCM) has been growing rapidly. Companies require senior managers who are better qualified and better prepared to address the deeper issues involved in the twin goals of cost reduction and service enhancement.
Accreditation
This degree is one of very few degrees in the UK which has been accredited by both the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), increasing your career potential. You will have full professional status (to Level 6) upon completion of this Master's programme.
Industry links
You will have the opportunity to visit industrial locations, have seminars given by guest speakers from the industry and collaborate with business partners for dissertation projects. We offer a unique curriculum that includes many practical examples of logistics and SCM in action.
In the final stage of this Master's degree, you will undertake a two-week consultancy project with selected companies, which has been highly valued by previous students. Our students' consultancy project reports have been highly complimented by those companies.
