Why study this course?
This flexible course will deepen your understanding of your specialist area through undertaking a practical or theoretical extended research project, making up two thirds of the course. This is supported by an integral programme of advanced research methods training. If you're working, you can tailor research to your workplace.
After developing a solid grounding in academic research practice, you will focus your research in one of the following specialisms:

On graduation, you will have advanced skills in design, data collection and analysis, and a strong understanding and evidence base in your area of interest. You can also use credits towards a PhD, so you can continue to deepen your knowledge and research experience.
