Human Resource Management BA (Hons) at York St John University

This course will give you an understanding of how human resources (HR) managers operate and how skilled managers can contribute to the success of a business and it's employees. Whether you want to set up your own business, work in a large corporation or in the public sector, we can help you achieve your goals.

You will develop into a graduate who is able to improve the quality of human resource management decision making, leadership and business practice across a range of organisations and in a variety of contexts.

As with all of our Business courses, you have the option to go on a placement year between years 2 and 3 of your degree. You can also choose to study abroad for a semester at one of our partner universities.
