Suffolk University Admission Processes

Application Deadlines

Most of our programmes accept students in the fall and spring, and many also accept part-time students in the summer. Although we encourage applicants to submit their applications by the following deadlines, these submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis:

Start Term Recommended Submission Dates
Fall semester International applicants: June 15
Domestic applicants: August 15, then rolling
Spring semester International applicants: December 1
Domestic applicants: January 4, then rolling
Summer semester April 1

*For optimal course selection, fall applicants are encouraged to submit by June 15th.

The programme below only allows fall enrollment. Although we encourage applicants to submit their materials by the following deadlines, admission is reviewed on a rolling basis:

The following programs also offer fall admission only and adhere to the noted deadlines:

Program Deadline
PhD in Clinical Psychology December 1 (supporting materials due by December 10)
MS in Mental Health Counseling and MS in Mental Health Counseling Dual Degrees Round 1: February 1 (with all materials due by February 10)
Round 2: April 1 (with all materials due by April 10)
Applications submitted after April 1 will be considered on a rolling, space-available basis until June 1. No applications will be accepted after June 1.
MS in Medical Dosimetry Priority Deadline: January 15
Applications will be considered on a rolling, space available basis until April 1
Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Radiation Therapy Round 1: September 1
Round 2: January 15
Round 3: April 1
Round 4: June 15

For the fall 2023 semester, the PhD in Applied Developmental Psychology is not accepting applicants. In the spring, further information will be available, including deadlines.

    • Law school- April 1
    • Undergraduate courses- April 1.
  • Application Fee: 50 USD, Law school - 70 USD
