Application Deadlines

The last day when a submission will be assured of consideration for admission is the deadline. The declared dates are closely adhered to by many programmes, and applications submitted after the deadline will not be taken into consideration for admission. Other programmes, however, will only evaluate domestic applicants' applications on a space-available basis if they are submitted after the specified deadline dates. To guarantee admissions consideration for the selected term, all necessary application materials must be submitted to The Graduate College by the following standard deadline dates (although certain programmes may have earlier deadlines and others may still accept applications after these deadlines):

Texas State University Admission Process

International applicants to Texas State University must follow the same admissions procedures as US applicants. However, there are additional restrictions for applicants from abroad. International applicants at Texas State University must submit an online application and meet specific language competency requirements. The procedure for doing so is described below.
