You will learn theories and techniques for counseling individuals, families, and groups in the Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling. Courses include the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessment and includes a practicum and internship. Finishing all courses will allow you to take the Ohio Professional Counselor licensure exam.

You can take courses in group dynamics, leadership, diversity, ethics, assessment and referral, communication skills, and organizational climate in the Master of Science in organizational counseling. You will learn to provide services like stress and change management, career development, decision-making, professional development, time management, supervisory skills, assertion, retirement, and conflict resolution.

There are concentrations available in clinical mental health counseling and organizational counseling.
