Undergraduate Admissions Requirements:
- Completed online application form
- Academic transcripts
- ACT/SAT score
- Proof of residency
International freshmen students are not required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores during admission to bachelor’s programs at FIU. Instead, they need to submit required SAT or ACT sub-section scores in the Verbal/Reading and English sections.
Graduate Admission Requirements:
- Academic Transcripts
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 in a completed undergraduate degree program
- Departmental Application
- GRE/GMAT scores
- Letter of Intent/Statement of Purpose
- 3 Letters of Recommendation
- Resume/CV
- Portfolio/Audition/Interview/writing sample (if required for the program)
- English Proficiency Test score:
- TOEFL iBT – 80
- TOEFL PBT – 550
- IELTS – 6.5
