Environmental Science is a holistic and multidisciplinary field that integrates the biological, physical and earth sciences. Its goal is to understand how the earth works and how it supports life. Environmental Science also aims to identify, control, and prevent disruption to its systems and species caused by human activity.
Environmental science majors become interdisciplinary problem solvers, capable of applying the fundamental principles of basic science to address real-life problems.
