Rowan University English Language Requirment
Rowan University requires international applicants, whose first language is not English, to demonstrate English proficiency by submitting standardized test scores or completing an English language program.
The minimum scores required for admission consideration are:
- TOEFL: 79 iBT (Internet-based test)
- IELTS: 6.0 overall band score
- Duolingo English Test: 105
In addition, Rowan University also accepts the Pearson Test of English (PTE), with a minimum score of 50.
International students who have earned a degree from a college or university where English is the primary language of instruction may be exempt from the English language proficiency requirement.
